flap, you really should keep your post to Ellen to this line: "I concur with everything you said. When friends ask me why I voted for Gore, I say, "Simple. Bush is a nincompoop." Keep up the fine work." Fair enough to agree with her, but to call her post an "Excellent analysis" indicates that it is an analysis. It is NOT. It is her feelings about allegations regarding GWB. This is not to say she (or you) can't feel that way. It is just to say that when someone analyzes something it is much different than saying how you feel about something. Judge Sauls' analyzed the facts presented by both sides and came to a conclusion that is legally and logically sound. You (and Ellen, I think) FEEL that Gore got jobbed by the prejudice democratic judge. See the difference?
