I could go along with that to a certain extent. Boies is just an extension of Clinton's style of splitting legal hairs throughout his administration, and trying to balance as many conflicting principles as possible on the head of a pin. I find their machine tactics distasteful, and I find their hit squads (like Dershowitz-whom I find otherwise highly entertaining)despicable. But they are not the only ones responsible for the highly partisan atmosphere. Take the hate-filled vitriol of Michael Savage, for example. Take the Republican 2 year stall on judicial appointments, and now DeLay wants to be able to impeach judges. Talk about politicizing the bench!!

Oh, sure, a Bush administration will start out all sweetness and light, but the fighting in the background by his surrogates will be fierce.......more of the same, I'm afraid...while I'm asked to believe that a 1-1/2 term governor from a state whose legislature meets 140 days every TWO YEARS and whose record has been shown to be the most flimsy of shams by anyone who investigates it is prepared to lead this country?? Right.
