If they thought they were witnessing a mob of Republicans in Dade County...can you imagine what might happen if she hands this election to Gore on a technicality...

I would hope that either the Florida Legislature would step in (if possible) or Bush could go back to the US Supreme Court. I'm not sure if either would be an option.

You would think there would be some recourse for blatant political decisions by judges.

Isn't that what the USSC told the judge's from the FSSC yesterday? I think it is clear that the USSC set the benchmark here and said decision's must be based on law and not on affiliation.
