Don't know of a Bear Mkt where all indices didn't drop together >

and significantly into the final low.

Learned this back in my broker days 1976-82' from some of the sages who'd researched many Bear Markets. Basically the rule is: As long as we have this rotation where there's a place for money to hide the Bear Market decline will continue to be drawn out.
