Dear LoF: Well, this case is so open and shut as to the remedy I dont see how she could expect to get away with doing anything crazy, and also the Martin county case is with Judge Lewis, and while he too is a Democrat I think he has proven his ability to rule in a non partisan manner and that he is extremely bright. Unless she wants to come off looking pretty stupid she better watch what Judge Lewis does as the cases are basically the same remedy wise. JDN
