hi august, i see that you received two replies to your time clock question. both appear to be software tools for you to install. but let me ask you this. you said it is a new dell, purchased this last summer? you know what i'm going to ask, don't you? what does dell support say about this prob? have you called them? imo, this is the kind of thing they should be all over. if you've installed either of the two suggested freeware progs, let us know, okay? :) mark
