(I believe what you say, I am just stunned) at first I thot the 1339 print was a spike, and even got ready to ask qcharts to fix it... until I realized it was at globex. looking at T&S, clearly the bids were walked down until someone (?) nailed enough stops... I bet a lot of folks are surprised and P-O-ed.
