With interest rates down to 5.52%, one can only wonder if the FED can wait until Dec. 19th to make the appropriate rate cuts.

I haven't heard anyone who expects a rate cut in December. Best I've heard is move to neutral bias in December, possible rate cut in January, more likely March.
