I'll second that, America is FAR FAR away from that description. We certainly are not the most tolerant (Netherlands anyone?) and I would say we are extremely intolerant.

Perhaps he quoted that from a Bill Clinton speech.

I'm having a wonderful time enjoying bountiful business opportunities, good food, art exhibits, vacations here and abroad, music recitals, free debate of issues here on SI and anywhere I go.
