You are right they should be sued ! If company management can be sued for deliberate misguidance, the brokerage analysts should also be sued for sloppy or deceptive work.

Over twenty years,I have seen brokerage analysts deliberately misguide to create portfolio churn. [ Although I will have a hard time proving it in a court of law ]. But this SSB report is so gross, that the lawyers should be able to prove deliberate and criminal negligence for this call.

Will not some lawyer slay these ignorant, pompous, self-serving analysts !
