Kayaker, I can sign that agreement with Q immediately. I never paid for any patents with CDMA1 and I will pay the same with the WCDMA.

Even if I paid for a patent set in CDMA1 I could still sign it, if I was not intending to use any of it with WCDMA.

Also would be positive sign to see a link to an official list of the signed companies. Not the usual "someone saw in a slide show in Seattle with their logo small on the bottom" or "tryhard reporting from his bar girl spy from Ulan Bator".

Kayker - Why do you waste your time repsonding to the "no royalty on W-CDMA" posts when that issue has laready been decided in Court, in Japan and in Europe and the US.

There are some posters who turn up here whenever the Q begins to show its massive power and they seem to me to be a bit unhappy and post all sorts of nonsense about the Q. Q doing well really seems to upset some people, how odd!

I don't think we should spoil their enjoyment but maybe we should start a thread for them so they can post away until they have got it off their chest with filling up this thread which is apart from their posts quite valuable.

Maybe they don't know how to start their own thread?

Best regards,

L
