reFl legislature choosing delegates
Exactly the right thing to do. They are ensuring Florida is represented at the Electoral College as well they should.

Our society has become so ingrained with the idea that the courts are the "final arbiter" that we lost sight of the fact that there are THREE, EQUAL BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT. The courts have no power outside their defined 1/3 of the sphere. The legislature's defined constitutional 1/3 of the sphere includes choosing electors. The Florida Supremes already stepped outside their 1/3, and the US Supremes very nicely told them to get back onside. Hopefully, the Floridians will shortly figure out how the pie is supposed to be divided in thirds, NOTHWITHSTANDING THE DEMOLIBS' CAMPAIGN TO HAVE THE LIBERAL-PACKED COURTS GRAB THE OTHER BRANCHES' DUTIES, AUTHORITY, AND POWER.

We really do have a beautiful system of government, thought out by some really heavy thinkers. Not like our politically expedient "characters" of the times (Hillary is a frickin' joke in the historical context of our nation, and should scare all of us). We all ought to spend some more time reading the Federalist Papers, Jefferson, etc., to get an appreciation for what we're privileged to be experiencing.
