Its amazing how people can view things so differently. The question could be why doesn't Bush concede. He lost the national vote and has lost florida by nearly 23000 votes. He talks about the rule of law, but has stated if the courts do not rule in his favor, he'll want the florida legislature to overrule the supreme court. To me, it looks like it is bush who is trying to win at all costs while Mr. Gore only wants all the votes properly counted. In any event...go OSX
