Joe: Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Yes, Federation is in the process of a takeover attempt of Pinnacle, which has the world rights (outside of Africa- Vanteck, and Japan--Sumimoto). Obviously, Vanteck is after the North American rights, since there is potentially a great demand for the technology. I can tell you more about it. As far as I know, the takeover is proceeding fairly well, but the bidding process isn't done yet. I hope to learn more about what is going within the next two days. There is also a thread on Stockhouse on vanteck. Regards Dan
