Listen guys, don't forget I am long the stock (lots) and also think we've got a grand slam. But, lawyers DO f'up more deals than they make. I know that NHC would not announce unless they have some certainty of finalizing the deal, but I've been in many many situations (directly and indirectly) where everyone thinks there's a deal and at the last minute there's a f'up. Believe me I do not want a f'up (and don't expect one), but it's not a signed contract until it's signed and the money's in the bank! Gus PS BTW, I have no objections if the stock continues to increase.
