I really like Judge Sauls. I can imagine him reading Walker Percy while enjoying a glass of Early Times. Hopefully his opinion can't be gotten around by these very political justices. I hope the Florida legislature steps in and chooses electors. We could use a genuine Constitutional "crisis" right now. If they did that, it would re-validate the authority of the Constitution. I don't understand where Democrats and knee-jerk liberals in the media get the idea it's OK for the courts to decide the outcome of an election, but somehow wrong if the constitutionally authorized legislature does it.
