if a stock is going to zero you would want to sell before that happens. Even COVD's own people say it'll be 2003 before they can pull a profit. If COVD has to go to court everytime they want access to lines (that they already by law should have), then there future is sure at peril.

The IRS is a good reason, although being that we have a good chance that we'll see a nice pop at the beginning of the year, you're right, it doesn't make too much sense to sell here.
