Understood.

Perhaps - and this is a big perhaps - distribution of the CRM products will utilize the Internet as well as maintenance in the future. I would hate to leave any future possibility stones unturned. In full study of that type of a scenario and as part of my full DD, I would like to know if that operation would all be handled in house requiring the infrastructure and personnel or if it would be contracted out to a specialist in that area. And if it is a third party, what types of third party business models are leading in this category.

I only mention this via my study of companies like i2, Ariba and CommerceOne. My two favorite companies in the network application space remain Siebel and i2, but I have money invested in others that are growing into favorites. After about 6 months of study, I've become frankly very interested again in Bea Systems (a stock a held a couple of years ago) enough to have added it to my portfolio this fall.
