Democrats have been hollering the whole time about getting all the votes counted until now when they see pockets of Republican votes they can get thrown out along with military votes..How blind are you? The votes that you want counted have not been punched ..therefore no votes were cast for Bush or Gore. To say that 2 democrats can go through and decide that a person "meant" to vote for Gore simply because he voted for other democrats is absurd.

Do you understand the difference between an application and a ballot? Start there. Then consider that the ballots are clear in their intent in Seminole and Martin counties, and that it is a matter of conjecture elsewhere. Then consider that there are undercounts and spoiled ballots throughout the country, and there is no reason for selectivity of treatment. Well, if differences do not begin to emerge for you by this time, I suppose it is hopeless......
