Are you suggesting that INTC doesn't know as much as you as of today when they issued the CAPEX forecast?

If you really believe that to be a valid concern, sell everything, put your money in a sock and hide it under your mattress;.

Since INTC announces $6.5B today - knowing at least as much as you and I - they must have taken the Fed and OPEC into account.
