I just heard the Reverend Falwell tell Chris Matthews MSNBC that it would be a disaster, listen up all, a disaster if W were to bring in to his administration Christine Todd Whitman, the REPUBLICAN governor of New Jersey.

Falwell is now trying to think of one Republican north of the Mason Dixon line he would like to see Bush bring in...he named Engler, Abraham, and finally Santorum(the only Northeasterner he could think of).He named one Dem, Robert Byrd, the former Klansman and King of Pork from WV.

IF Falwell exercises any clout, you can write off this unification garbage.

To think he rejected summarily a REPUBLICAN governor of a major state!!

We got to get the lunatic fringe out of both of these parties.
