dont be so sure.. FLSupCt Chief Justice implied deferring to Legislature

he interrupted haughty Boies out of the gate
and openly questioned whether jurisdiction lies with Legislature on any & all election final matters

THEY HEARD THE US SUPREME COURT LOUD & CLEAR !!!

I got impression that FL SupCt will deny Demo appeal
not only that, but whatever the Legislature wants to do
the Legislature can go right ahead and do

Constitutional authority over elections lies with Legis

Hope there's enough time to take it to the US Supremes. Seems they'd be reluctant at this point, just because of the time constraint. FL legislature needs to get ready to take its place on stage here.
