Any recount would be subjective and totally unreliable. You just can't "divine" votes. Hold it to your forehead and "feel" what the person intended to do. It won't work.

Any "re-count" under the FOIA will be meaningless, at least to any thinking person. By the time dozens of news organizations, partisans and other motley types finish pawing over the ballots they will be worthless. JMO
