Hi Glenn,
I haven't used this feature, so I don't know the ins and outs; but I was aware of it because I have the software. Here's a link that discusses it. I assume there are also MP3 to Wave converters available in case you don't want to buy this software.

Something else, there is a tutorial there somewhere explaining how to 'normalize' your MP3's. This makes a big difference to the quality of the CD and is well worth doing.

Glen if you are using winamp fiddle around in the plug ins and you will find mp3 to wave converter
