The Miami Herald has publicly stated that they will utilize the different standards to see if any of them would have made a difference.I find this perfectly acceptable. I still say use the Texas standard that Bush enacted, it allows for dimpled chads to be counted. Claims that the ballots have been over handled so the count will be inaccurate are lies and spin. It's making up excuses before Bush even knows he lost when all the votes are counted. The GOP is getting to be an expert at rationalizing. I don't think history will be very kind to Bush.
