bob...i failed to include you as i don't believe you were one of the cult.....you are too rational! agree totally with being non competitive in business, in the sense of "win-lose", that's why i dredged up some old posts... dell needs to concentrate on dell, cast aside the fast follower plan because just as japan inc has proved, it doesn't work long term..... i would consider a position in dell after the next earnings....want to see how it manages expectations, and its vision going forward.... my feet seem to be touching a silty bottom, now and then....hope its not a sand bar....or glub, glub... good luck ed p.s...better service capability....unisys can be had for a mere 4.6bil...
