Are you confident that this won't initiate an account mismatch error and a denial of service?

I have a number of questions I'd like someone to address. I already asked Paul these, but didn't get a response (perhaps he is not the one to whom they should be directed, and I am by no means belittling Paul here, he has and is doing an outstanding job keeping us informed).

I was able to successfuly log onto the quote.com website (after many attempts) using the same user id and password that I use for logging onto q-charts. I then made an attempt to access the "my accounts" feature and was presented with yet another log on request. I entered the exact same user id and password as before and got this: "User ID or password invalid"

Why am I getting this message? That's question one. Question two relates to the now infamous E-Mail which went out last week informing many of us that our service would be put on hold due to blah, blah. I sent an E-Mail to your billing people, I called on numerous occasions and left messages, and not ONE single person has had the courtesy to respond to my very simple question -- Why the heck is quote.com threatening to shut down my service claiming that I did not pay September and October fees when I was not even a subscriber to your service 'till the second week in November???

Is it so difficult for you people to pick up the frickin' phone or type out a few letters on a keyboard to one of your customers (a customer, I might add, who is very happy with the q-charts program and its performance to date)???

How in bloody hell are we supposed to check our account information and request needed additional services if we can't even log on? This log on attempt, by the way, is not a one time thing. I have been trying repeatedly since almost day one.

So what's the scoop guys and gals (of quote.com)???

All the best,

Bo
