20 room cottage? That may be on the north side of town. Most of the buildings around here are tudor style. Stone walls and stuff. Fires are unusual. Lots of these houses have over twenty rooms but around here that's huge, because the rooms are always big. I have around 4500 square feet and only 11 rooms. Most of the footage here is on the first floor and that only has three rooms. These old houses were built with monster sized living rooms and kitchens. The first floor is about 2500 Square feet. But all it has is a huge kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room. The kitchen is about 40% of it. It includes a bar, of course. Major selling point.
