My partly reinstated confidence in Florida judicial system is gone again. It appears that the adult supervisors will have to step in again. Either the Supremes or the FL legislature, or both. This is what you get when you have liberal politicians appoint liberal, activist judges who don't feel constrained to follow the law. Gore would appoint people just like them.
