Maybe no reason to worry, but the court had the perfect right to stop this mess right here, and instead they decided to tow the DNC Party line. Do not discount that the MORE experienced 3 of the supremes voted AGAINST this trash. It is sad for Florida, and will reflect on them for years to come.

And now the legislature will take this thing over, whichis DNCs scorched earth last ditch policy anyway.

You don't know why we are worried about this?....Again, that shows quite a depth in understanding. Let's just make it common practice to have a pissing match in the courts on every election until we have it the way you want it.

flapjack, I am not at all worried about Bush losing. I am worried about what their unethical and unreasonable decision does to our people. They have been unmasked as nothing but a liberal, partisan group of people who know enough law to try to justify doing what they want to do rather than interpreting the law. I believe they will enjoy a recall since they are now unmasked as unqualified. I know Bush will prevail. It is tragic we deal with impropriety from our higher institutions.

There is only 1 fly in your Repuba-buba argument. GW has said he "definitely" does not want bro Jeb any where near his administration. Something about it is not right for either one and both know it.
