Dear monu: IF the USSC takes the matter up. This is Manno to Manno. Do they have the courage to swat the FSC down? Who knows, we dont know how close it really was first time around as they didnt actually RULE. Had they ruled in favor of Bush THEN there wouldnt have been all of this. Since they didnt, and since the FSC stuck their thumb in the USSC eye, there is a good chance the FSC knows EXACTLY who would vote for what up there and decided to GO FOR IT. JDN

that may lead to a bush "victory" but this chaos is bad for the country and the system. also, it strips away surface (hypocrisy) - we see pols want power, privilege, control-and will lie, cheat, steal to get it
