The Florida Sp. Ct. has clearly created new law here, a clear violation of US Title 3..the Majority Opinion in the Fla. Sp. Ct. is just daring the US Sup. Ct. to reverse them...me thinks they will. To do anything but reverse puts this in the Congress, not a desirable result for the country.

They know that Bush will be President no matter what they rule, but the Democrat in them wants the country to know that he didn't really win the election in FL. For that, those of us long the market will have to suffer some more. Glad I took some profit in BRCM at 128 when it spiked on the first news. Wish I had sold more.
