For sure Doug. What a national treasure Prudhoe is. Wonder how high,

gasoline prices will have to go before ANWAR finally gets an OK for full exploration?

It could hold the last American super giant oil field.

Non-industry people have little idea how geologically rare such fields are, especially now that we are on the downslope of the Hubert Curve.

Discussion about Alaskan-NWT ng triggered an idea. We have seen ROYL's response to CA ng prices, but the price of ng at the WA-Canada border must also be rocketing. Looked it up...

Sumas daily $45.00US, Jan $21.00, Jan-March $15.00

I'm building a list of Canuckstan e&p's that export primarily through Sumas. From memory I can only recall Purcell (T.PEL), but I'm sure there are others.

If Ca ng prices stay at their current levels Wyoming and NM natural gas should begin to command a premium to HH as well. See any problems with this line of thought? Barrett, T.UP are pureplays for WY - I'm sure the thread can dig up some for NM.
