Patricia, the USSC will be involved to provide relief for the Florida legislature against the FL SC, as well as to uphold the US Constitution and relevant Federal law.

I find it interesting that a liberal would espouse the supremacy of states' rights all of the sudden...

No lie. The FL SC acted unconstitutionally and unlawfully. He has a right to appeal that unlawful and intellectually dishonest opinion. The proper forum is the USSC. Try not to sound so ignorant and uninformed next time you post. This is an adult forum. JLA

the most interesting aspect to me of all the partisan battles of this whole affair, is that each side is being fully exposed for
whatever moral inconsistencies, questionable ethics, and partisan motives influence their posture and legal positions.

you can find who the honest people are by noticing
the few who rise above merely spinning whatever position serves their own self interest.

Patricia,

Lets play a little game. First, I get to make one rule, and then you take a turn to make a rule if you would like to do so.

My rule is simple. You have to answer the question in each post. To make it simple there should only be one question in each post. That is really two rules, but I think you see my point. I will offer the same flexibility when reviewing your rule, if you elect to make one.

This is tough for Democrats to do, but you get to make a rule so pick one that you think is tough for Republicans to do.

Here is my first question, provided it fits into your rule, if you elect to make one.

You claim to have caught Bush in a "lie". Faced with Gore never giving up, what would you have Bush do?

Its simple, what should Bush do?

Your turn.

HAGO
