Agreed, thank-you. Having just listened to this mess in court this evening, it just reminds me that that this is all likely to be stopped soon, I'm just not sure. This decision goes against the FSC's own decision not to count the late Palm Beach returns. It goes against the USSC directive by altering the rules once again. It goes against the requirement in Fla. that the court do the counting itself. It still, apparantly, leaves out a full hand-count of Dade county, where only certain precincts were hand-counted fully, again creating a skewed count(following the USSC directive would fix this problem, I think). It fails to direct Broward County to be counted, when the standard there was most vastly different from what's been done elsewhere. On and on...at this rate, the best they are gonna do won't prove a thing...although Bush may likely win again if this is somehow completed, IMO.
