I don't think the U.S. Supreme Court will over turn the Florida Supreme Court ruling... the conservatives on the U.S. Supreme Court are philosophically insistent on the dominant role of State's rights in these kinds of decisions... this is why they didn't rule on the previous appeal except to ask the Florida Supreme Court to clarify their position... it's all up to the count now, if Gore get's more than another 154 votes, the game is over.....
