Well, we'd have to look at the context of that, too; I've seen books on native americans, etc. that also reproduced such prayers. I doubt Gore has advocated worshipping the Egyptian God Isis!!!!!

Whatever the context, it's certainly world's apart from that bogus quote some bozo sent to Frank.

Aha. That is what may have happened. I went to Barnes and Noble tonight and purchased the book. It is a revised version. The new version (the one I have) is called the Plume Edition. So, the quote may have been in the original version.
