Dan,

for the last few months I have not been using BE at all due the to numerous problems associated with it. I still don't use it with anything that has good liquidity but have recently started using it with some thinly traded issues with good success. There two improvements that led me to reconsider it for those situations:

1. It seems like BE does no longer use SelectNet to trade with MMs but instead relies exclusively on SOES. I would assume that now SelectNet is only used to trade with ECNs which IB does not have a direct link to and UTPs like MWSE.

2. The annoying "ECN rotation" feature is gone. It looks like by default non-marketable limit orders are now sent to ISLD for display and remain there.
