OK, how about this...say what you want but judges have historically demonstrated that they are more impartial than legislators and members of the executive branch.

Today, two Democratic judges in the Circuit Court did indeed rule in Bush's favor. [edit] In addition, at least two DEMs on the FL SC also ruled in favor of Bush.

That legislature vote next week will probably break almost perfectly down party lines('cept for a boll weevil or two).
