completed Broward undervote tally will NOT conform they used a pro-Gore biased criterion that is another new point of conflict I dont think a simple dimple will count in this statewide effort / jim

recount of subset opens risk for counting ballot twice how can they be certain an undercounted ballot was indeed not counted? this process will blow up soon in confusion / Jim
