Bush is at a real disadvantage...in the counties where he had a clear margin...they haven't even separated out the undervotes yet...and have had to send for software that has never been used before to try to get it done.

The FL SC and the process in FL to date has repeatedly affirmed the notion that selective counts can be legally added to the total.

The process and law allowed for the GOP to ask for a selective and they declined;

The Dems offered a complete state count and the GOP declined;

An earlier Court offered to the DOP to count other counties and they declined...

and every step of the way the GOP publicly complained that all counties were not being counted....

so maybe it wasn't fair, but that's been fixed.
