The S.Ct. is rewriting it's rules for this one. Read the dissent for the granting of cert. (another rare occurance). You are a fool if you think you can predict what's going to happen with any consitency in this mess. The S.Ct. made a major mistake, IMHO and in 4 justices opinions. We're in some dangerous territory now that could have been avoided had the votes been counted.
