Yeah...I remember her. Quick story. When I was in Law School at Madison I was bored with the music I had at the time. I was poking around a record shop and saw the cover art on the Eddie Brickel and the New Bohemians album. I liked it so I bought it. Good album. I enjoyed it. Never heard of them prior to that....it was amazing that I liked them. Quite the gamble.

Paul Simon hey? When we were in Norway, in Oslo there is a bar where they have a band that plays Simon and Garfunkel cover music. They play there every night....and it is amazing how his voice was a dead ringer. Just remarkable. That was fun too, but the smoke in the bar and the crowd was part of why I don't go see live music as much as I would like to.

Well, check them out...seven nations that is. They tour a lot. They should be in your area sometime, although I see their website does not have their 2001 schedule up yet. I expect to see them next summer again at Irish Fest in Milwaukee. My kids will love it. They like that stuff and will dance away. But for the hour last night, we could have taken them last night...but I did not know what to expect until I got there.
