Douglas, That was very good, everybody ought to read it, and be glad they weren't drawn into the firestorm. My remaining legal question is: when the Varsity Supes vacated the JV Stupes' order, why didn't Katherine Harris recertify Bush's victory with the original, higher number? The only thing that stopped her from doing so on Nov. 15 was that wacky group of "jurists" on a frolic and a detour. When the order was vacated, why wasn't a different certification done? Inquiring minds want to know.
