Consistent with my theme that we are increasingly headed for disaster, I fear that the FSC may indeed overrule Lewis and Clark "just because". If they have valid legal reasons for doing so, so be it. The Chief justice of Florida has earned my respect based on his well reasoned dissent in the most recent case, and if he sides with Gore I will concur. It is a tough case where doing true justice, whatever that is, may not be possible. In order to clarify some of the legal opinions, I would strongly urge you to read the dissent of the Chief Justice in the recent case. Carl
