A recount without standards is the problem. Always has been, always will be. Why don't you understand this?

The FLSC and Terry Lewis had every opportunity to establish that criteria, and they all ducked. I think that Lewis is an honorable man, who would rather have been anywhere than on that bench last night.

Harris should have been allowed to follow the law and certify the winner on the correct date. Gore went to court and got his extension for a hand recount without allowing the certification. If he and the FLSC had followed the law...maybe he would have eventually got what he wanted...bet his lawyers feel pretty silly that they ultimately hurt themselves...time has run out.
