I just heard on Fox news that Dec 12th is really the
drop dead date. There is to be no change
to the Electors after the 12th.

There is no time now to do any kind of recount, so,
this is finally the end.

I also suspect the Dec12th deadline will be sacrificed for the greater good, and Elector College date might also be moved slightly...

Now wait just a doggone minute! Are you telling me that these dates are not as important as the certification dates.

Would not this judicial department, the USSC, be rewriting election law???? The same that they have bit%$ Slaping the FLSC for????

Did I miss something???

Dec. 12 is set in stone, you would have to change the constitution. Flaws are popping up everywhere, this is what Baker was eluding to at the very start. They need to some how change that date to keep the FL. les out the picture. All of it is happening way too fast. The USSC needs to find a way to add a day and set standard for the count (this alone shows how flawed the process is), so they can count if they have to with some measure of fairness. Personally if I was deciding and I couldn't add a day, I was would say it's done deal, but we need make changes so the next time this process moves in a set manner. I believe Gore will go down for not seeing how flawed the process is, history will not treat him nicely.
