You seem to have mastered ignorance. Your willingness to jump to conclusions shows a total lack of forethought. It isn't a question of when those ballots were voted, it's when they were delivered. I heard they were voted within the proper time, but were not delivered on time due to certain military logistical problems. I admit my information might be in correct, however, I'll remain open minded until I have the particular facts before I draw a conclusion.
