This will eliminate the perception the gold market is rigged...

Bob,

I agree and I'm sure everyone else wants GATA to finally
fight the good fight against evil, or as is possible,
GATA rides out into the field on horse with sword held high
and does a thrust, then might Bill be yanked off his seat
as the turning windmill blades forever as long as the wind blows
to have Bill go in circles and circles and...

But to me the near term results of GATA depend on next usa prez,
as once again if its gore then GATA will go in circles and get dizzy.

And if bush gets usa prez
and certain exposure
as in The Light of TruTh shines
into the gov ESF room only clinSin + Summers are allowed
and if from this a story of physical gold oops is heard
then the proof in the pudding for GATA
is that if the price of gold does raise like to $350
then based on GATA the Shorts will say Ouch
and the $350 will double to $700
and if so
whats in a name
or a word
except a double happens for a reason
either GREAT news
or something that held it down was released or stopped
but to you
Bob
there is nothing out there
GREAT news
or a forced hold down
to double gold's price
so
we wait
and yes
you are correct
its show time for GATA
but once again for I
need a usa pres bush
and if so
then this GATA run will be very quick as in a few months

Well think of it this way it assists the paper service we are becoming known for. it does contribute to a bustling economy.

I feel like some little speck of sand this morning read the papers laws suits. The highs ratio of attorneys in the world does this create a flow of money into our economy? Was it not around the seventies early eighties that attorneys were hungry and the economy was not doing well? Are we not seeing this paper service today with actions of our most esteemed individuals?
Is not at all possible that lack of freedom in other nations to file suit creates poverty?
Well if RB is right I might be one dramatic little speck of sand that sparkles but in such a blinding manner no one can see me.
If you look a this thread Ahhaha@Home with a light heart one can laugh at all that transpired on this thread over one fictional movie and a computer called HAL.
It depicts a friendly court battle. Once the base of all humanity was food a commodity and shelter a commodity.
If we share technology can we not also share our paper service?

May I chime in here, Bob? It is my opinion that since this did NOT come from GATA but from a "birddog" for GATA, that this is just a birddog lawsuit in collaboration with lawyer Howe and the supposed retained law firm ole pooperpants dug up. Discovery is Discovery.

And nowadays, no one puts their best case on first...to much left to chance that way...better to have a bird dog case.

Just think...If LA DA would only have permitted the civil action against OJ to go first, then perhaps the famous pair of ill fitting gloves would not have happened...???...

Regardless, instead of a mock trial, this Howe thing can be a mocked trial... Speaking of same...anyone heard if old Bergerbritches is conducting mock trials behind the scenes with GATA bucks?

Regards,
O/49r

Bob:

"This will eliminate the perception the gold market is rigged, which has probably prevented many potential investors from investing in the sector."

New Chairman for AngloGold

Date: Sunday, December 10, 2000

Nicky Oppenheimer has stepped down as the chairman of AngloGold Limited. Bobby Godsell, the current chief executive, will assume the joint role of chairman and chief executive officer. Russell Edey, a non-executive director of AngloGold since its restructuring, has been elected deputy chairman.
Oppenheimer said: “It is with regret that, in the light of my responsibilities elsewhere, I step down as chairman. In electing Bobby as chairman, the Board has affirmed its support for the strategy developed by the company’s management team, and its confidence in the ability of the team to implement this strategy timeously and effectively. Russell Edey, who already chairs the Board’s Remuneration and Investment committees will, with Bobby, ensure that the Board continues to maintain high standards of corporate governance. I am confident that AngloGold will keep its position as the gold equity of choice on a global basis.”

Godsell commented: “AngloGold’s management team will continue to focus attention on the company’s earnings profile, managing costs and ensuring strong shareholder returns, including a healthy dividend.”
