I agree...even if Bush gets elected and appoints new USSC justices, I'm not sure that Rowe v Wade will ever get overturned.

Yes, but if W replaces Stephens, Kennedy, O'Connor, that leaves only 4 maximum in support of abortion.

edit: that leaves only THREE.(Ginsburg, Breyer, Souter)
